Sny Mattress It utilizes an innovative multipocket insert, which houses as many as 506 tiny springs in each pocket per square meter. This dense arrangement of support points ensures every part of your body receives precise support, while seven firmness zones help maintain the natural alignment of your spine. The independent action of the springs eliminates the wave effect, ensuring a restful sleep even for couples of different weights.
Two-sided comfort: firm coconut side and medium-firm latex side
The Sny model offers two firmness levels in one mattress. On the coconut side, you'll find a 1-centimeter thick coconut fiber mat that significantly stiffens the surface and improves breathability—a perfect option for those who prefer more solid support. The latex side uses 2.5 cm of flexible latex, making the mattress pleasantly springy and medium-firm. Simply flip the mattress to adjust it to your current needs.
Summer/Winter Cover – hygiene and ideal temperature all year round
The heavy-weight quilted cover can be easily removed thanks to an L-shaped zipper and washed at 40°C. The winter side is enriched with sheep's wool, which absorbs sweat and maintains pleasant warmth in colder months, while the summer side is 100% natural cotton, effectively wicking away moisture in hot weather. An additional layer of wadding serves as a climate control layer, promoting air circulation within the mattress.

Returns
You have 30 days* from the date of receipt to return the product. To properly return a product, you must send an email to hello@pillovely.com with the subject line "RETURN #(order number)". The package is returned at the customer's expense to the address: Kościelna 17A, 34-123 Chocznia, Poland.
How to properly make a return?
1. Disassemble the product - if you assembled it, carefully disassemble it, preferably to the same state in which you received it.
2. Pack securely - use the original packaging or similar. Remember that the product must be well protected. If it is damaged, we will not be able to refund your money.
3. Take a photo - before shipping, take a photo of the packaged product and attach it to the return form.
4. Fill out the form.
5. Send back the product - within 30 days of submitting the return form to us. Arrange transport and send the package to the address: Kościelna 17A, 34-123 Chocznia, Poland.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse and passes verification, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt.

You can order free fabric samples and check the material in your own home. A sample allows you to see the actual shade, texture, and how the fabric looks in daylight and artificial light. You can typically order up to 5 different samples.
